Chris Brown is Arrested…Again

Dancer and pop star Chris Brown was arrested and charged with felony assault on Sunday morning after he was arrested in Washington by law enforcement officers.

Brown, 24, is accused of attacking a man near the W Hotel. The unidentified victim was treated at a local hospital and released that afternoon.

The defendant is still serving probation for his much-publicized beating of ex-girlfriend Robyn “Rihanna” Fenty in 2009. If he is deemed guilty of violating the conditions of his probation, he may be sentenced to up to four years in prison.
