California Man Allegedly Threw Rocks at Cars on July 4

A man in Sacramento was arrested last week because he allegedly threw rocks at cars.

Marquette M. Johnson, 43, was taken into police custody for suspicion of vandalism and resisting arrest.

According to police documents, Johnson launched rocks at several vehicles near downtown Sacramento. One victim’s car sustained a broken windshield. When law enforcement officers arrived at the scene on Thursday morning, they said Johnson argued with them and behaved in a hostile manner. He reportedly ignored their commands and tried to escape.

After a short while, the police successfully seized Johnson.
